Yesterday afternoon I picked up my computer from the shop and brought it home. This afternoon I reconnected it, fired it up, loaded my game, and played about three sim hours, then my screen went black. Couldn't tab out, couldn't ctrl+alt+delete. So I turned it off and on again, renamed files so as to get at my vanilla test folder, and loaded the game again. Played the Goth household long enough for Don to leave Cassandra at the altar and Cassandra to try for baby with Darren in her parents' bed, at which point the same thing happened.
