Default Cep folder question
I was just wondering why some things have a file that goes in just documents, some that go in just program files and some that go in both. Is there an actual reason for that or could I conceivably put them all in the programs folder CEP ?

Edit to add: Also, is it bad to have more than one of a specific CEP i.e. shasta and hafi doing the same object?
