I'd like to know where I can find a mod so that sims can do social actions in the rabbit hole.
I know that ts4 has a mod like that.

As far as I know, there's never been a mod like that for TS2 (I'm guessing because actions are coded differently). So you might see sims increase motives off lot or relationships (STR/LTR points), but if you're looking for the drop down where sims can do things like say meet co-workers or skill at work or school, etc., that's a feature that didn't get introduced until TS3.

My modification of hmiller61615's "Go Hunting" Spears is centered around rabbit hole-like kind of off-lot interactions. The interactions are not social, not with named Sims anyway, but they do yield results such as money and garden produce.

For off-lot interactions that have a chance to earn STR, try the Jogging More Fun mod by jonasn. The mod improves random encounter aspect of hiking, on top of many other things.
