Has anybody here played it? I have only watched a gameplay video on YouTube. Not much of a gamer here... sue me!

I can surely tell that it is much more bloody than the previous titles. I really like the idea of the T-Virus mutating. Also, the return to Raccon City was so cool! It kind of reminds me of The Last of Us, with the ruined buildings infested with zombies. There is also lots of things to craft and upgrade, so you can't have everything! There is less boss fights as well, but that is OK.

The sequence with the asylum reminds me of Outlast and a little bit of Silent Hill.

What did you think? I can also see a little bit of inspiration coming from the movies (not always a good thing...).
