Default WCIF a working link for Fairhaven City by Monsoon Creations?
Unfortunately the OneDrive link from the original post doesn't appear to work anymore and when I tried to pull the archived version at The Sims Catalog it says that it's down for maintenance.

I don't know how long that page would typically be down for maintenance but if anybody's aware of another backup/archive for Fairhaven City I'd be very grateful!
