Can this also be done for the sims 3?

The reason that I ask is: the modular pipe organ (the sims 3 version that is) sounds like a piano!

You may want to ask that in the TS3 modding section. The methods of CC making tend to be quite different between the games. Could be you find a tutorial already made, too.
