I meant the trash compactors from appliances that go under the counter.

I loaded one the lots for the contest and it's missing exterior walls and livingroom floor.

That would be the Downtown Crack House; and the wall and floor are from the Lifestyle Bundle - they slipped in... ...as they do. *sigh*

I do! It was the Monopoly Contest several years ago. My knowledge of building was non-existent, but I honestly had tons of fun, learnt a LOT and made some very long-term sim friends.

Humble beginnings as a builder, but I worked hard, asked a lot of questions and kept going. It was also not only no CC, but BG only - and I was like the first one there to use the UC, so thanks to @AndrewGloria, who sent me screenshots, I at least knew which beddings to use!

At the end my feedback for the contest was that the UC could no longer be ignored during contests - and it was not ignored again, which made me feel pretty good.

By the time we got to the last round, I actually succeeded in building a fairly decent hotel, which I am still rather proud of and I even got that one uploaded here

I am sooooo glad you can join us!

Please ask, if you have any questions - or need a "sum up" of the contest rules/goals. I know my fingers tend to get a bit rambly...

We have room for many more - and still need 1 to fill up the roster (MTS rules say we need 10 contestants.)
And we still need Judges... Any of you who've hinted you might be able to Judge, you are about to be called.

Just so I understand, there's no final price each lot has to be, right? We just have to try and achieve the Goal for the property while maintaining the Terms? Do I have that right?

Same here.
Until judges are allowed to share fruits of their labour too.
Because it is fun to do something all together. Moms with children, teachers with students and I think judges with participants too.

Woot! 13 contestants! YAY!
...now we NEED Judges.
I have a few people I will plead with. I've tried to make the Judges Form as straight-forward as possible - so, it really shouldn't be a tough contest to judge - unless, of course, everybody enters gobsmaking builds!

Yes - final price of the lot has no bearing whatsoever. Just make sure you have met all the terms and goals set for each lot. (Now, each lot has slightly different Terms/Goals, so make sure to double-check them!)
If everyone gets full marks for everything - then the "per lot" bonuses - will make a difference, and hopefully determine the "Winner."
