I suppose this question may also refer to all 3 stories, but I'm curious about Life Stories since that's what I'm playing at the moment.

A teen works a level 3 job until aging to adult, do they continue onto 4 from there? I don't really remember. Just wondering if the longer they work, is there any benifits by adulthood. As in Sims2, a teen could go to Uni and graduate, start work at a higher level depending on their grades etc.

The question excludes Castaways since they all only work to a level 3 job anyway.

Yes they keep on going up. The benefits are they start out at lvl 3 instead of lvl 1.
