[Request] Mrs Stingley's Beekeeping Box
Hi, community! Hoping I'm in the right place...

Basically, I was hoping someone could create a standalone buyable version of the 'Mrs. Stingley's Beekeeping Box' bee hive from Supernatural. I love having homesteading Sims, but am not particularly interested in the rest of the EP!

Apparently there was a well-documented bug with the original hive where the Sim would change outfits between each action in the queue - would be great to avoid this issue if possible. I believe there's already an available mod to fix this but I'm not sure if it would work on a standalone object?

Thanks in advance!

Right, so I'm only ten years late with this reply, but it's unacceptable to make paid content free, which is why there haven't been any replies. Additionally, the only use for honey in TS3 is with the Supernatural EP, which doesn't just support the bee box, it needs it. That EP gives the moodlets for drinking honey and getting stung, it gives the items for the honey, beeswax, and several alchemy potions that use them including a Flask of Angry Bees which you can use to give painful bee stings to your "friends." Witches can turn people into Frog-Sims who enjoy snacking on the bees. The only thing you can do with honey that isn't Supernatural-related is drink it or pour it on food. That's it. Sure, it has a nice moodlet when you do that, but you can get better moodlets without asking modders to pirate assets for you, m'kay?

Also, intentional features are not bugs. The makers of Supernatural wanted you to wear the dumb hat while working with the bees, but since there are four interactions that can be done in any order, and no interaction is aware of your queue, they simply added switching in and out of the hat as part of each interaction. It's fast enough that it's tolerable, I just don't like the way the hat looks and wish it were gone. Which is what led me here. Looks like no one has done it, and I really don't feel like dusting off my modding skills to make it happen myself. I was hoping for a more casual experience this time around...
