Can we choose Detective/Doctor/Scientist co-workers manually?
So, I have 5 households and I assign each sims in each household active careers.
Example:
Household 1
Sim A: Doctor
Sim B: Science
Sim C: Detective
Household 2
Sim D: Doctor
Sim E: Science
Sim F: Detective
and I do the same in the other 3 households too.

I currently playing Household 1, and when I play Sim C and go to work, the co-workers are all random sims except one. I'm expecting that all detectives in the other 4 households will become my co-workers, but only one showed up.
I want the 4 of them to show up as my co-workers.
I tried deleting (yes, I deleted the co-workers that I don't want using deaderpool's mc command center mod), and everytime I do that, new replacement sim appear. I keep repeating this until finally, my detective sim from the other household appear. So, 2 of my co-workers now are my detective sims from my other households.
But after this, no matter how many times I deleted co-workers that I don't want, new random sims appear. Never my detective sims in the 2 remaining households.......

So, my question is, how this co-workers assigning work? Is it chosen randomly? Is there a mod where I can choose my co-workers manually?
Thank you!
I hope it's understandable...english is not my native....*crais*

From my experience sims that are randomly assigned to those careers are assigned career levels based on the current positions need to be filled for those careers. Like the police station there always needs to be a captain so if no current sim has that position it will be auto filled. If the captain dies a sim already in the Detective career will be randomly chosen to take the captain position. This is because theses sims are not locked into their positions so the game will bouce them up or down the careers totem pole as needed.

Played household sims are different their positions are locked and if the position they have is already filled they may not even show up on the lot during other active sim's work hours since they aren't needed. If you want to ensure that your sims show up on the lots scatter their career levels a bit so they all aren't trying to fill the same position. You may even want to selected some of the households to be unplayed since the game is more inclined to offer roles to unplayed household sims and townies.

I was recently part of a discussion group where people were complaining about local restrictions, and someone suggested this platform for the ALL WORLD audience. I gave https://spinmamas.com/ a look and focused specifically on the online casino bets poker. The experience was very straightforward and I didn't feel like I was being misled. I had a series of small wins that added up to a very satisfying total by the end of my session. I’ll definitely be returning.
