I'm increasingly having problems with my game but this one takes the cake... So, I was having an issue where I got bombarded with script error messages from NRaas StoryProgression relating to careers (70+ identical messages where the only difference was names of different sims, picture attached of one). This created issues in the game after the error appeared so I asked Google about it and found suggestions about disabling "find job" for castes like homeless and such. I did that and it fixed the script errors.

However, even though the script errors did not pop up anymore, I still encountered issues with my game. I'll try my best to go through all the ones I've noticed but I might forget something and there might be other issues I haven't noticed yet:

• Sometimes trying to change active sim does not seem to work
• Sometimes when I do change the active sim (works most of the time), it still seems to "not fully switch" and they will for instance still show actions from the previous sim, the previous sim's relationships instead of their own, etc
• Worst of all, one of my sim cannot interact with certain items at all! Like, I click and nothing happens, no menu pops up. Bed, shower, toilet, sofa, rabbitholes etc do not work but I can click the fridge, easel, other sims, etc.

One interesting note is that when I try to click the shower with this sim, I get no menu but I do get an error from NRaas Woohooer that just says

[sim name]
[object name]
I get two identical copies of this error message even though I definitely only click once. Other sims can interact with the objects, no problem.

What can I do to fix this?? It's obviously making the game more or less unplayable. I tried searching on Google and found a handful of people who seemed to have the same issue, but no solutions... Thank you in advance!

I'm going to suggest that you bring these issues and samples of the script errors to us at NRaas for assistance. It's kind of what we are there for. What we will need to see over there though are the script logs that are accumulating in your TS3 user game folder in Documents, not the on-screen notifications as those are usually far too abbreviated for us to make sense out of what they are saying.

The script logs would be in your TS3 user game folder in Documents. The one where you would have added mods and other kinds of content and where your saved games reside. The log file names will look like

ScriptError_(name of computer)_(date/time)_(some hexcodes).xml.

But we would need the files in their entirety, either dragged and dropped onto a message board post individually or zipped together, uploaded to a third party file host, and a link provided so we can get to them. The posting location can be either the StoryProgression specific board or the general Chatterbox one, doesn't really matter. One of us will move it for you if you post on the "wrong" board.
