This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default I can't downpatch to 1.67
I downloaded the Super Patch (from here) and every time that I run it, this error pops up:

I uninstalled the game and re-installed but the issue still stands :/

What version I am installing? I'm not sure, but all I know is that I use Origin to play Sims 3 (if that helps any).

You can, if you have all your expansions on disk and start installing from scatch without Origin like this user here:

Bur you cannot if you have purchased anything via Origin (except you choose not to use it anymore).
