This seems to be the URL now. I updated the wiki article (might take a while for it to show as the page is cached for the link you gave).

Fair warning: the site has not been updated since 2011. It is fee-activated shareware, and I do not know if anyone is minding the store any longer. (You can use it free for 30 days, but after that you just might be SOL.)
