The picture of Isla Paradiso's school on the mod's page show more tiles in front of the school entrance doors, but I cannot get my game to do that. It tells me either there is a fence in the way, or that it cannot level the terrain. I have tried removing all the fences, I have tried removing the school itself. That helps me place more tiles, but the stairs tool is still being stubborn. Can anyone else help? The funny thing is it will let me place stairs on the sides, but not the front like the mod's picture shows.

I am using the fixed Isla Paradiso map, if that matters.
