i have an issue, I downloaded many custom food meals and the custom food interactions the updated version released here a short time ago. I can not not get the "Cook custom meal" interaction to work. I click on it and it does nothing. The other part is every other interaction like custom drink and serve custom dessert or cook gourmet custom meal works fine I just can't get the regular cook custom meal to work.

You mean you downloaded custom meals here on ModTheSims? If so, it might be best you post this issue on the mod's page.
