Random Settler Challenge - Need opinions!!!
I am creating a random settler challenge and want to ensure everything is good. I want to mark what packs are needed to follow all the rules and whatnot.

If something is required, what do you suggest? For instance, you must have a veterinarian built. What do you suggest the players who do not have the cats and dogs pack do instead of building a vet?

Does everything make sense? Are there any details that don't make sense or need more explanation added to the sheets?

Build a boat harbor instead. Since obviously, they need a boat.
