The downloads themselves are still there it seems but the site can't locate most of them.

Eg - try going to the "body shop" section. You will see it says there are a number of facial hairs available to download. But if you then click direct on the "facial hair" section it will return a "nothing found" message.

Ditto many other sections. I would guess about 90%.

Could you perhaps show a screenshot please? I can see all facial hair for all three games, no problems. Do you have your profile set to show the expansion packs/ DLC that you have?

Sorry to be late replying, but Christmas intervened! I don't know if I have my profile set to show expansion packs etc. What setting is that?

I have taken a screenshot from today showing results for "facial hair", as you can see it says there are zero downloads.

Go to this link and tick all the games you own- I can see 59 downloads in facial hair for Sims 3.

I already have the ones I own toggled. So is it just me? Thing is it wasn't happening a couple of weeks ago, and nothing has changed about my profile in that time. This is weird!
