Default EP hoods have empty storytelling [SOLVED; I was just being stupid]
So... this is a pretty known issue that most have fixed by editing the hoods' ID numbers in SimPe. This works for my base game hoods, but not the ones that came with different EPs for some reason. I have meetme's clean templates in the install locations. I used these IDs:

- 1 for Pleasantview, 2 for Strangetown and 3 for Veronaville
- 4 for Riverblossom Hills, 5 for Desiderata Valley and 6 for Belladonna Cove
- I also have some custom hoods but I have unique numbers for them all

Do I also have to edit all subhoods' IDs, like university hoods and such?

I also followed this Reddit post's suggestions for deleting the Neighborhoods and Storytelling folders in the EA Games/The Sims 2 folder and let the game generate new ones, which also didn't help.

Usually these both have worked for me but for some reason, not this time. I'm genuinely confused as to why this is.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I also edited the IDs in the Neighborhood.packages of each hood (I mean the ones in EA Games/Neighborhoods). Should I have let those be?

Edit 2: I checked my old post about this and realized that I indeed have to edit the subhoods as well. Unfortunately that didn't work either.

Solution: Since before the 4, 5 and 6 ID values didn't fix the issue, I tried changing them to 7, 8 and 9 (don't ask why those specifically, I don't know what I was thinking either). Well, surprise surprise, it didn't work. I changed the values back to 4, 5 and 6 and like magic, they work again? I have NO idea why they didn't before, but I'm not complaining.
