Hi, I'm new to modding and the forums, so I apologize if just posting an idea for a mod with no intention of myself doing the coding is not allowed, but I wanted to share my idea in case someone who does know coding would like to take a whack at it.

I'd like there to be a mod that allows your social meter and relationship meters to go up when you're in proximity to another Sim that you know or are friends or family with. I know I am happy to just spend time in the same room as my friends even if we're all doing our own things, so it'd be a play off of that. I think that when kid sims are working on homework or playing together on a playground that they should be gaining social and relationships with whoever they're around. I'd like it if sims that are all working in an art room, workshop or office would gain relationship by being together. I'd love it if toddlers who are all using an activity table together gain relationship and social. I'm not sure how this would be done, though I know there are several mechanics that are proximity based.
