Hi,
I downloaded a few custom sectional sofas but no matter what I can't get them to join together. And yes, I have the two mods required "Is Chair a Booth" / "Is Sofa a Sectional" by Inge. I have tried deleting the mods and reinstalling but that doesn't work. The only other mod I have that affects seating is the "Watch TV from all chairs" by Moghughson. I swear at one point in time it worked, but when I reinstalled my game it stopped. What am I doing wrong?

Which sofas? Can you link to one or two of them?

The holy simoly and mlc ones are not actual modular sofas. Are you sure you unzipped the mods? And put them in your downloads folder? Because the blake_boy sofa's def work.

Yep. They show up in game and everything. when I place them down they place just like ordinary chairs with arms. Ive tried it with and without moveobjects and same thing. the only thing that connects in blake_boy's sofas are the ottomans. lol.
Also, The plumper thumper from Maxis, is hat supposed to be a modular sofa also? Because that doesn't connect in my game also. Idk why. I will try to put a screenshot of the chairs. Thanks so much for your help thus far.

The plumper thumper one is also sectional. Perhaps try with clean game files as it seems as if something is amiss with your install.
