Build Tricks Learned From EA Lots (Including Store Lots)?
I recently discovered that the Deliciously Indulgent Bakery lot uses half walls on platforms to make large planters for landscaping. What nifty techniques have you learned from EA builds?

I... have never looked at a single EA lot! Every time I plonk a Northeney building down in a new world I learn something new, though.

So true

I'm a novice builder, so there's lots to learn everywhere, even just how to use wall and floor patterns in unexpected ways

I don't tend to look at EA lots unless its to make them over.

I learned by looking at pictures of real lots, seeing tricks by other builders, tutorials and by happy accident.

I would suggest looking at CC free lots on here, especially anything picked or featured.

You can also make a planter by extending the foundation out a tile, and using fence around it.
