Default Career mod?
Is there a career mod for the sims 2 that let your sim stay on a job lvl until the next one is available?
It would be more realistic than having 10 sims in the same lvl of a career!

Use Cyjon's Job Stopinator. Place in your sim's inventory and it will prevent them from being promoted.

I ment more a mod that don't let them get a promotion cause the position over their level is filled so the sim who has the position either needs to get a promotion, quit or retire.

I also tried make a new story thread in the stories section btw, but it has not yet been posted. Is it possible to get help about that?

Harder jobs from MATY does that, however, I have 200 sims in my neighborhood and I have yet to have someone not get promoted because the next job level is full.
