Default how to disable "Mosaic removed mod" included in Pine's postprocessing mod?
i recently downloaded Lazyduchess' combination of their blue snow fix + Pine's postprocessing mod. Pine's postprocessing mod includes several other fixes, including better nightlife by Criquette and Nopke's sky fix. however, i didn't realize that the postprocessing mod also includes a mod that removes the mosaic. i would just like to still have the postprocessing mod but remove the mosaic mod. anyone know how i can do this?
And I'd hate to fade alone

Hi @fluffyfeather Pineapple's Post Processing mod overrides the Maxis shaders, so the mosaic no longer works. I think you have to make a choice- do you want the mod, or the censor blur?

someone on reddit said they changed the package file and modified the shaders that affected the mosaics... shouldn't i just be able to do that? i opened the file in SimPE and saw some lines of coding that included the mosaics shaders but i dont know what values to change to match the base game files.

Yes, that would work if you know how to mod shaders. It may mean that Pine's mod doesn't work quite as intended though.

just in case anyone has the same issue, someone posted a version of the post processing mod that does not remove the mosaics (reddit thread): https://www.reddit.com/r/sims2/comm...0qbq/?context=3
