Default Attempting to build on a lot with glitched window causes game to crash.
Hi! A bit of background: I am rebuilding a town from scratch, using Queenstown as a base. On my second lot, after placing all windows and arches, as well as laying out the floorplan, I saved after exiting the lot to Edit Town mode, and now everytime I enter the lot to build I have just enough time to see the glitched window on the second floor before the game crashes. I have recently removed all bad CC from my game, such as the arezzo counter cabinets left and right, but all that was removed through the launcher and DCBackup folder.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to take a close-up screenshot before my game crashes all the past three times this has happened, but the glitch does show in the lot's thumbnail:

Please do help!

I was able to snap a screenshot this time, although the window that was glitching is now clipping in the wall. The window that was fine beforehand, the one to the right of the other one, is glitching in the same way the other once was.

If you remove all mods and CC, does the crash still occur?

Otherwise, you may need to nuke the lot from Edit Town- if you're able to save it, placing a fresh copy may also resolve it.

I actually found out it was the window itself. I reread the download page and noticed the warning at the top of the post.

Thank you anyways! I did bulldoze the lot and start over.
