I have never made any CC or mods for the Sims but lately I've been wanting to create some custom Lifetime Wishes that involve mermaids, because Island Paradise doesn't offer any unfortunately. I suppose I'd first need to learn coding in C# but other than that, how do I start making my own Lifetime Wishes? If you can pinpoint me to the right direction, I'd be so happy! Thanks!

You can also open any existing custom LTW mod scripts in a program like dnSpy or ilSpy to see how their creators did it
