I applied DVD patch for Sims 2 Holiday Edition (which is already patched) it can cause problems or errors? I have dvd version of pets, downloaded cd patch from MTS (because only cd patch avaliable) it is a problem ? Need to be fixed or no? Need to reinstall all packs? I don't want to reinstall all packs because requires long time and big pain

There are two available patches for pets- one is for the disk install, the other for the digital download version. Just use the disk version, it doesn't matter whether you installed from DVD or CD for the EPs (there was just a difference for the basegame DVD version).

The Holiday edition game already has the basegame patched, but if you install EPs seperately then they won't be patched (and patching them doesn't affect the basegame at all).
