I hope this is post in the correct place. This is a problem in all the years I been playing the Sims 2 I never encounter.
My sims get a message that the fridge is low on food that they need to order, I have my sims order on phone.
Once the delivery person comes and the Sims accept the groceries the basket just disappear in the Sims hands, so it never gets to the fridge for restock.
Can someone help with this issue? Thanks

Turn on debug mode and post the error log.

@Kestrellyn thank you so much for your help, I did solved the problem when I look closely at my mods I did not realize I had a conflict.
HCDU did not show it as a problem but it was I had creator Squinge mod "Leave the groceries at the door" for a very long time., never a problem.

It was adding creator Nopke mod "Auto Putting away the groceries" that cause the problem. I personally forgot that I added it, so I removed now groceries call or on line order it work as it should.I think both Mods are good but not together. ALL SOLVED>

NOTE: Creator Nopke I made aware of the problem therefore he UPDATED very recently on August 21/ 25

With his new version Squinge mod and Nopke mod can now work together. ( I did test )
