Since there's many 4t3 cc conversion I was wondering if it could be the same about sims 4 horse cc like manes, tails, tack ect.. ?

Are you asking if it's possible to convert them, or if there are existing conversions? The latter would be suited for the Where Can I Find? forum.

Otherwise, there's very little technical difference between conversions and new meshes. As there are thousands of horse CC out there, I can't think of any reason the TS4 assets couldn't be used for more- besides the clash of style.

Oh some things can be pretty on Sims3 horse imo, and the accessories are more diversified, like flowers ect..
