Default What does 28 mean in flags section of clothing?
I was going through my clothes to townified them. I came across an old swimsuit that has the flag 28 in the flags section. I know 8 means not townified, but I have no idea what the 20 part means. I know 20 is formal for catergory, but that has the normal swimwear number 8

Could be a typo. Not sure if the Flags setting tends to be much higher than one digit. For clothes, the Flags value deals with hiding/showing items and towniefying, and those usually deal with lower numbers.

Not sure if there are any newer overviews, but Hat's tips&tricks post does have a bit about Flags:

I did relook at that, but it only mentions changing the flag section to 0 to enable townified clothes. I done this for eyes and skins before changing 8 to 0, to townified stuff. Most clothes I gone through have 8, but one set has 28 and another has 10. Never seen that on eyes and skin before, so I wasn't sure if those numbers do anything.

Seems like 20 either does nothing or it's unknown. There was a mention of sewing flags, but I don't know anything on those. These clothes never showed up unless you're doing the one that allows you to make any clothes from the sewing machine.
