Default Heart Attack!??
I'm playing Sims 3, lots of fun mods (including Vector - diseases etc.), and recently, one of my elderly Sims had several heart attacks due to "fatigue", the last of which resulted in his sudden death.

I have no idea where this comes from, as it's obviously not in the base game!

Don't get me wrong, I love it - but does anyone else have this feature in their game, and can tell me about it? I don't even know which mod I'm running that includes this as a possibility!

This sounds like Flo Theory’s mod 11 new death.

Deaths in the original Sims games were often predictable. The sudden death from “fatigue” from a heart attack opens up a tragic, natural story twist that feels more grounded in real life. It forces you to manage your Sim’s stress and schedule, turning everyday gameplay into a high-stakes balancing act. People weren’t looking for a specific feature; they were looking for a genuine, dramatic moment of storytelling they didn’t know they were missing
