Default Where to find toddler skill rates to make them tuneable?
I'm trying to tune BCONs of existing age/skill mods to make my own collection of mods that mirrors the length of the epic lifespan in sims 3, and I want the rate that sims learn skills/badges to match, but I can't find anything that touches the length of toddler skills. Do you know if they can be edited to make them tuneable? Or are there any existing mods that make toddlers learn toddler skills slower?

Also, is it possible to edit the length of other things such as making items from OFB, fixing up the car from Freetime etc?

I use a longer lifespan and I set how many skills can be learnt for a particular sim. The Simblender with skill limiter updated by Pick N Mix.

If you mean learning to walk and talk, no sorry. That can be slowed down or speed up by smart milk/bat box and season. Hopefully someone will know.

Yeah, I meant learning to walk/talk etc. I feel like it might be in the same package file that skills are but I'm not sure? Maybe if I look at the smart milk object?

The smart milk, which is the same on the Bat Box (make sims smart) Increases learning speed I think across the board. At least it does for the 10 regular skills and the toddler skills, unsure about badges. Any mod that slows learning speed will slow down toddler skills. http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...ic,12391.0.html Should also slow toddler skills.

I use to use this slow skilling mod a few years ago but found the speed between skill level 6-8 just too slow. After having a teen sit there all day for 3 days trying to gain their last scholarship skill point and failing I decided it was too slow, or at least it was at the far end of the skill bar.
Now there is a mod by Gummi that lowers schoolership requirement to 6 which for me is a lot better, as I really didn't want most teens reaching level 8 in a skill, given that there are only 10 skills total and they have their entire adult life in front of them. I wish we had 20 skill points as that would make 8 by college more reasonable.

Apart from that I don't know if there is anyway to separate out toddler skills. You either slow down or speed up all skills.

Oh, if slowing down skills also does the toddler skills then that's great, thank you! I'll check out that other mod for scholarships as well. I found a mod on here for "16 days = 1 year" which seems to do everything I want including slowing skills so I might give that one a try and tune it to my liking. Thank you for your help
