Default Hair and dress in the attached pic
This poor gal has lost her hair and her dress, and would really appreciate getting them back, as they make her look almost pretty.

There are defaults on this page that look like the hair you want.
I looked at them to see if the creator listed a link for the original custom hair they used to make the default, but the site either doesn't exist anymore or the link goes to a download for it on MediaFire/Dropbox/SFS.

Some nice hair there, for sure. Now if I only knew how to make default replacements non-default.

Often, defaults are made from non-defaults, so you can try looking up the hair name or outfit first.

If there isn't a non-default available, you can extract the textures and GMDC, and pretty much follow a regular (non-default) tutorial for whatever item you want to make.
