Hi, I frequently use the spawner shrub from debug mode (boolprop testingcheatsenabled true >> shift click the ground >> spawn >> The Spawner)
You can now spawn any sim from any family by clicking the family name and finding the name of the sim you want to spawn however, I noticed that families who live in apartment lots don't show up on the pie menu. I don't know if this is a glitch only for me or if that's a common thing for everyone. I have a lot of mods so maybe somethings messing it up, idk. But does anyone know of a fix to make it so I can spawn people from apartment lots as well? Thank you!

I use Inge's Teleporter Cat - the updated version by Gummilutt. You do have to place them on the lot (make sure community lots have them in a hidden corner) rather than spawning them as needed.
