The link on TheNinthWaveSims seems to be gone now, does anyone have it archived anywhere else? I just want a mod that removes him completely not the silly one where he trips and dies lol.

I'd advise caution with that, as it may have side effects (thought so earlier, but not so sure now). MTS has a set of mods that make Humble show up less often and only under certain conditions: https://modthesims.info/d/688169/picky-mr-humble.html (Since this modifies the template, there's a chance of a split file, which is a minor nuisance when using SimPE.)

Rod Humble is on the list of Universal Characters who are not safe to play as, add to a household, or interact with in ways outside the game's preset parameters. Just how extensive this is, is an indeterminate issue. (I would advise extreme caution with "Rod Humble Trips on the Sidewalk and Dies", even though it sounds hilarious.)

This mod has no side effects except that you won't see Rod Humble anymore.
