I was very pleased to stumble upon this as it was a favorite in my game decades ago. I downloaded it with dimsum78's recolors. When I click on it with the design tool, however, it says it's not designable.

I think my CEP is up to date and the posts didn't mention having to download anything special. Does anyone have any idea why I can't use the recolors?
