im happy with the stations in the game already
but i want to change the names to suit what ive used them for
for example i have some old radio broadcasts from BBC Radio 5 live in "focus" would love to change the name to radio 5
i have no need for latin AND latin pop so i turned one of these into a country music channel so would like to be able for the game to say Country & not Latin Pop etc.
is this possible?

Create a empty package with Sims 4 Studio.
Open the Hash Generator, in Text field type something random like MyCustomStation01, copy the FNV56
Back at the main window of S4S, click add (bottom left corner), find String Table.
In the instance field paste the FNV56 number and group is 80000000.
On the Data tab set Local to your default language if it's not English.
Open game file cruiser. Tools > Game File Cruiser.
Under Type and above all the check boxes you will see a field box you can type into, enter String, then click the check box next to String Table.
Since you want to change the name of the Latin stations, you will see Game Pack, select Jungle Adventure.
If your changing English select the string table with the American flag.
Click the text tab, click anywhere in the text area then on your keyboard Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C now paste this into a text editor like NotePad++ and search for Latin Pop.
Back to your custom string table, on the Data tab click Edit Items...
Click Add.
In the key field put the key from the Jungle Adventure text that you copied, don't copy the 1st part 0x only 0919C96B
In the value field type what ever you want the in-game text to be.
If you also want to edit the display description you would do the same thing to the values above Latin pop ADF5E3C2 "Value": "This station plays Latin Pop. All. Day. Long. Everyday!"
Once done click save.
Now it's good to have a second entry in your package just click add select something different if you want, so you don't mix it up with your main string table.
You click this second entry to force S4S to update the string table, make sure to check the Local has not became blank if it has just reselect your language.
Once your done you can delete this second entry and save your package.
If you also want to change stuff like likes or dislikes about the station you will find them in the base game string file.
Here are some examples.
"Key": "0x800BDB6F",
"Value": "Enthuse About Latin Pop"
"Key": "0x1FEE4F23",
"Value": "Complain About Latin Pop"
"Key": "0x599BB497",
"Value": "Excellent taste in music! {0.SimFirstName} is all about Latin Pop Music!"
Hope this helps.
