A while ago I saw a cc download for sims frozen in poses like everyday life to make a Community Lot seem busier.
I am NOT talking about Pose Boxes. Am NOT talking about store Display Mannequins.
Regular looking sims in mid stride, standing or sitting. Like a Twilight Zone episode.

When I saw it, I thought it was the Stupidest Thing to have, but now I think it might be Kind of Neat.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about or where to find them?

There are very few TS2-spesific sets. Most I've seen are TS4 conversions.

XPTL had some TS2 deco sims. It looks like some of them are in this archive:

There are pictures, so you can look through the various archives inside.
They mostly don't have face expressions, the poses are somewhat stiff, and they're maxis-style.

(TS4 has a few advantages for making deco sims - it's the only place I can think of where it's an advantage that everything the sim wears has to fit on one texture map, plus you can pose their faces a lot more easily... For TS2 you have to either remap the deco sim or use at least 3 different maps, which probably explains why there are so few TS2 deco sims)

Katvip on Cradle of Darkness created her citizens - close to 600 different recolors. It was found HERE. However, the download link there is broken.
