So, I kinda confuse right now that I keep getting specific error here and there, for context: I was creating new coffee shops for specific sims, but that specific sims is the only sims that cant have this coffee shop. Yeas, he is the only one from 30+ sims (including teens) that cant have any kinds of community lot ownership. I tried bat box to force error on him but he still crashing while trying to get ownership certificate. I tried to get him to the coffee shop without being an owner, and he can go there without crashing. So assumed that the problem wasn't the lot but that specific sims.

What I did to fix him?
1. Run Hoodchecker, try to remove some invalid and everyone turned up okay except him
2. Run HCDU, found no conflict
3. Try to quit his high paying job, and buy the lot, still crashing.

To be honest with you I encountered lotsa crashing here and there (preferably owned community lot), I once using Clean Installer on my full cc lot and emptied it, no install anything, but still give me crashing. I don't know if it global mod or the objects mod that causes it, so I have no clue on how to fix this. Thank you in advance

When you say 'crashing', do you men that the game shuts down unexpectedly?

If you run the game in debug mode, do you get any errors?

That's what I am afraid of, it didn't give me error message upon debug mode, yesh crashing like u havent apply you 4GB. Like an error message

Best thing to do is to backup and test the hood with your CC completely removed- you need to determine if it's a problem caused by CC, or a problem with the hood, or a problem with your game install (you mention 'lotsa crashing here and there'?).

Yeah thanks, I did what it said, maybe I am still in the phase that trait is the one that caused it, but noo!! turns out objects and outfit can also errored ur game. I am scared right now xD. Anyway thanks again :3

It was a default replacement? Maybe it was defaulted incorrectly.

Try taking off all of his CC and having him in Maxis items. Often that kind of 'just this sim crashes X' tends to be CC clothes or hair or accessory. I find it mostly to be tops.

Nah it isn't a default, I was just assuming that if it was an error usually comes from default, turns out it was file from 2022, the creator already updated it in 2025 I just didnt notice it since I rarely use that specific sims for obtaining community lot. So yeah I downloaded 2025 version and it turned up well.
