The eyeshadow is called "_-_3", where the underscores do not show but are just spaces, only the dash, and the number 3.
The sim model of mine that I am showing is not wearing any CC on her face except the eyebrows, the crease under her eyes, is included in the eye color.

So I downloaded a sim, Angelic's sim, Elizabeth,(the female sim below is mine, the pic of Elizabeth did not show up) from the link here :

Will include pics of the eye shadow on my own sim -- the eye shadow that loaded with the Elizabeth sim (the pics of the Elizabeth sim no longer work); as well as the paragraphs from the sites about that specific sim.
