I like to think that Barrington Diamond from Appaloosa Plains is the brother of Angelica Diamond from Aurora Skies - there are many reused surnames between worlds, but these two look plausibly related.
In my legacy, Angelica moves to AP to help raise the baby he is expecting.

If Aurora Skies is set in sims 1 Times and appaloosa is set before, maybe angelica is barrington and juanitas daughter.

Often i think of noela and planchette spector as being siblings.

Anais Willheim is to me the descendant of Li Anne Sun. Although Li Anne is Technically a NPC sim.

Some of the relations are a bit confusing, sometimes i see the worlds at happening at the same time, other times theyre set in different times. The ages differences between various sims doesnt really mean anything because in sims 2 you can play a family for generations and everyone else stays the same. So the unborn baby broke can die of old age while Dustin is still a teen in the college bin. And in sims 3 you can change sims ages.

Lucky Palms is the greatest offender. Darren and darleen are like. One Third or Fourth between sims 1 and 2. But other bios mention Sunset Valley/nick and bert alto as in, if theyre set at the same time.

But also Darren is a celebrity but other sims that should be celebrities are not, and Darren is said in his bio to not be a celebrity, so i guess maybe the DLC are not necessarily canon and those sims didnt live at the same time. Returning sims tend to be celebrities and know a lot of people in the start of the game.

Thorton Wolff in Sunset Valley is related to the Wolffs in Moonlight falls. Mentally I make Pappy his uncle (since Thorton's bio mentions his parents) and then either turn Thorton into a werewolf or just assume his branch of the family cured their 'curse'. Honestly, were-Thorton biting Morgana usually improves their relationship.

[One thing to keep in mind is that unless they are some weird, voluntary community of people who live with one unified theme, Roaring Heights and Dragon Valley throws all sense that there is continuity between the games (or at least a consistent amount of time between the games) out the window.]

This might sound weird but I like to think that Topher Baker's father is Pascal Morel (that is after I age Pascal up to be the same age as Topher's mother, Becky Baker and using NRaas MC to set Topher as Pascal's child). I like to think that they met in France at some point when Becky and her parents were either vacationing or living there for a while, and she got pregnant (maybe while they were teens?) but they didn't get married because they were still young, until they meet up again later in life; after the Morels move from France into my custom world. Then they end up falling in love (again?) and they get married and have another kid.

This is all loosely inspired by Gilmore Girls. Of course, we all know what happened between Lorelei and Christopher (Rory's father) in the end. (Don't wanna spoil it for anyone.)

Yeah that too! I often have Thorntons father be literally named Lone Wolff and be a werewolf. With werewolves aging slower, technically Lone could be another son of Pappy’s. Technically thorntons mother could be the non werewolf, but yes. And Morgana thus could be part vampire. 🧛‍♀️ More specifically, Vladimir Schlick could be her father or grandfather.

I do often see the worlds as communities with unified themes. Dragon Valley could be another plane of existence. And Roaring Heights could just have been founded in the 1920s and they kept the art deco aestethic, or maybe the capps can time travel and afford a vacation to the 1920s. Also dragon valley has modern technology in some of the homes, Heck Theres a teleporter LTR in one of the dragon valley homes. I think its not even a customized one. Its just a teleporter LTR in a random middle aged Elven fisherman medieval fantasy looking house.



Another idea I Have is that Alexander french is the father of sandi french and is the guy molly is seen to be proposing to in the tutorial pics (I used to think that was goodwin goode before)

I went through a lot of effort to track down all the sims that could possibly be related to the Curious family, and it turned out to be quite a lot of them. I can't remember for sure, but I think I got 5 generations before Pascal's alien baby.

Landgraabs and Goth-Bachelor-Crumplebottom-Caliente trees are very big too

In sims 3 there is a big family tree (the Kahales) with cousins on both sides in Sunlit Tides, and then Theres yet another cousin of theirs in Isla Paradiso!
