WCIF something like 2 Jeff's visitor controller except with the ability to exclude a specific subhood? 2 of my subhoods are supposed to technically be different countries so I don't like that those sims will show up.

But if I click "ban nonlocals" then other subhood sims won't show up. I only want to exclude two subhoods.

Is there an updated hack or is that possible to modify myself? Thank you!
