How to localize custom .world files?
Hi

I recently downloaded a custom world, and since it's only in English, I wanted to translate it into my native language. I have translated mods for private use before so I have a basic understanding on how to edit STBL resources. However, I am unsure on how to proceed here.
The downloaded file was a .sims3pack which I converted into a .package file, and then changed the file ending to .world. I tested it in my game and it worked.
So what I wanted to do was edit the .package file (specifically the STBL resources), and then change it into a .world file again. But... there are no STBL resources in the .package file. I did some research and apparently the STBL resources are stored separately from the .world file, but this is only the case for EA worlds I assume?
How would I proceed to localize the custom world? I'm grateful for any help or tips

It's not dramatic if it doesn't work, as I understand English, but I would prefer consistency in my games language.
Edit: I tried out phantom99's new tool (Sims 3 Easy Extractor) from Simblr as well, as one of the functionalities was that it could "extract all strings from the extracted world file into a separate package file, as the game does not see strings merged with worlds". However it only extracted images for me, no package files.
