This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default No more Tending Garden
When I choose a household that has a lot of plants, I don't like tending to it, but I also don't want to get rid of their plants.
Does anyone know where I can find or If there's a mod that stops plants from needing water and spawning weeds like inactive households?

I think there is no such mod avaible, but these operation could be modded in game with Nraas Retuner, in case you have it. There should be an option to disallow autonomous on these operations via XML editing, but I'm not sure if this available via Retuner.

I've already tried Nraas Retuner, and unfortunately, plants still need tending too.
