Everytime I try to reset my user and password since the new login was set up, I successfully login, but then when it takes me to the edit profile page, I put in the reset password, then it logs me out and I have to start the process again? I've been having the same issue since October. I think it's flagged my account somehow. I only ever use this to download and lurk.
