I know it exists as I used to have it in my game, but does anyone know what mod helps keep "Family Reunion" memory spam from happening? At least I remember having this at one point but it's got to have been at least a decade since I resolved it. Example: I just threw a wedding and all the family members invited received like 10+ duplicate memories.

At least I don't believe that this was a glitched caused by anything in my downloads folder?

I had to poke around MATY for it; the mod isn't in the AL hacks collection, I found noreunionmemory in the Uni hacks.
