According to copilot, this mod does actually exists!
But I can't find it. Clearly not a very popular mod, but I would like to have it. (Another mod that does the same will do.)

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for at all but this mod helps my sims not be obsessed with salsa. However, you might have to set favourite station for the owner of the stereo manually, so not sure if that's what you're after. You could just use the in-home speaker to play one stereo in different rooms.

The Neukum Wall Speaker. I often use them to play music on the patio when the stereo is on the other side of the house, but you can put them in other rooms as well and they all play whatever channel the stereo is on. I've never tried it with multiple stereos turned on though so I have no idea which one it would connect to.

I want multiple stereos to play the same station, I've found it to be mildly annoying in the dormitory when they are all playing different. But thanks anyway
