Default Deleting files in Thumbnails Folder?
I read under 'installing winrar' that if you're having problems getting custom content to show up, one of the things to do is to delete the files in the Thumbnails Folder and they will be recreated when you launch the game.

Is this so? What are the files in the Thumbnails folder?

They are just thumbnails. And they should be updated when new items are added or deleted. That's why if you have problems with items showing up, it's more than likely the items are there but not showing up in the catalogs (Body Shop, CAS, build mode, buy mode, neighborhood, etc).
