Someone kick me already.
There's so many fabulous things I want to make for this new contests, and here I am, updating journals and doing everything *but* creating.

A small voice in the back of my head is jumping up and down and going: "Work! Work! You know you want that icon!"
But I really can't be bothered. Plus, said voice and it's exclamation marks are kinda annoying.

If people have tips on getting over 'meh' moods, I would appreciate them.

The best way to get rid of the 'blehs' is to do something you REALLY REALLY hate but you've been putting off for a long time. Often I will do this and come back to my computer with a giant hug for the monitor. And if that fails, remember: there's always primal scream therapy!

Need to banish the 'meh' mood? Here's what I do:

1. Step away from the computer, and find something else to do for a day or so. Read a book, watch a movie, take a walk, hang out with real people. By the time you get sick of all that, you'll have not only the urge to play Sims, but probably a few dozen new ideas to boot!

2. Re-charge your creative energies by taking a good, long nap. I find my dreams to be a great inspiration.

Hope this helps!

Only 2 I can think of

1- Take a break for a day on 2. Focus on something else for a bit. Your creativity will come back.

2- Find the biggest, baddest snowman out there and go apes*** on it. (I don't know if this will work for you, but it always seems to put me in a better mood.)

I hope I've been helpful
