Hey all! 
Here's a lil tip that helps alot the new move-ins.
When a child is born in a family, I spend some of the household money(if there is any..) to buy sculptures.
Then I place the sculptures into the chilren's inventories.It's kinda like α "dowry" or something!(I can't find another word!)
That way when they grow up and leave the house they will have 20,000$ to buy a house(as everyone else in the neighborhoods bin), plus the x amount that comes from selling the sculptures in the buy mode! :D
It's a cool thing for me, I use it all the time 8)
