Hello, I had tried trading manually but kept losing confidence due to market fluctuations. I searched for guidance and came across https://neurolink-ai.pro , where I explored Neurolink AI. The AI analyzes crypto trends and shows potential entry points with risk management, which is extremely helpful for someone trading from Ireland. I feel more structured and less prone to making impulsive moves. The platform gives me a clearer sense of timing.

I just spent the day watrching the Build a house in 12 parts, wel I made it to the end of the 9th part, but my eyes hurt HA
I would so much like to have this house in my game for my family, but don't know how to get it there.
Also I found you by searching build a world sims 3. Everything went just like the tutorial until blocking out where sims can go, then just nothing happened. Any ideas on what went wrong? I really wanted to start playing with building a world, but that's as far as it would let me go

I was just wondering, since you are probably one of the best custom object meshers that I know of, if you could possibly do me one of 2 favors. The first is i just really don't understand how to create new objects in sims 3, so maybe you could do an idiots guide for me!!!! or if you'd prefer, i could try and show you some pictures of objects that i would like in sims 3 and you could make and upload them for me!!!! I know this is asking a lot,but i would be so So SO SSSSOOOOO Grateful if you could do this for me!!! So I was doing a "CopyCat" challenge on the sims 3 forums and came across your "half-wall". It worked really great to complete the challenge and was going to share it and wanted to ask for permission first...
So first, is it ok if I share this house with your half-wall in it?
And if it is ok, do i have permission to put it on the exchange?

Hi I love the idea whit the empty neighborhood in sims 3. I just have a question. If I download it and install it. Will it over write my original neighborhood? I would like to have both.
Would it be possible to turn you "Money Bag" modification and make it so its more of an investment, such as the bag costs $25,000 , and when you get rid of the bag , it still gives you $25,000? As well as it still pays $250 per day of interest , like the painting of loans and investments , but in a money bag instead ?
i love your work! yours and qbuilderz's are some of the best i've seen on MTS2 (actually, for a while there, before i downloaded winrar, they were some of the only ones i downloaded).

heyy. am likin your new collection of houses. i have recently downloaded 24 Rhondal Drive and i am ver pleased with your work.
i would also like to comment on your as i think its amazing how you can get the houses to be so appealing without custom content. this really helps me as i have not got the greatest computer and to much CC can cause the game to play slowly. but with your downloas i have not had this problem.

You're probably busy along with everyone else on this site, but are you too busy to post the Maxis Arbordale with lots in it? I'm not creative and there are to many hills. And if you could you the Riverbend Estates and Holly Ridge collections (I think they were yours) that would be great. Please and Thanks!
I, too, would like to request your excellant neighborhood making skills.
I have searched thru countless hoods here at MTS2 and TSR and can find nothing that even comes close to the area where I live. I want to have a hood that looks like my area that I can put all my family's homes on and some bits of the surrounding towns and such.
It would be an area along the Wisconsin/Minnesota border on the St Croix River. The hood could be called St Croix Valley since that's what it's called around here for a few hundred miles anyway.

Wow. These houses are incredible - especially the starters. Not many people seem interested in making nice starter houses...it's sad. Great job putting form with beginner budgets! ^^
I did have a question about the starters though. Some of them require expansion packs - does that only apply for the furnishings etc on the inside, or...?
I've never been quite able to figure that out. Thankies for making/posting these, and please forgive the silly question!
